As I reflected on last year’s Ag Media Summit in St. Louis, I thought about the rare opportunity I had to chat with this truly inspirational farmer from Alberta, Canada. Koch is a motivational speaker who was born without arms and legs, but that hasn’t stopped him from snowboarding, surfing, working on a farm, and traveling the world.
