Corn mazes are fall’s poster child of farming, but the Richardson Adventure Farms 2022 “World’s Largest” Corn Maze is all about Bond. James Bond.
This year’s maze in Spring Grove, Illinois, celebrates 60 years of James Bond with famous faces from 007’s movies over the years: Roger Moore, Sean Connery, Timothy Dalton, Daniel Craig, and Pierce Bosman (one-off Bond actor George Lazenby didn’t make the cut). In the background of the maze is the casino in Monaco, and in the foreground is an Aston Marin.

Your mission? Navigating your way through 28 acres of live corn! The maze is composed of four smaller mazes with their own dedicated paths in and out. In total, the maze contains nearly 10 miles of trail.
Along the way, visitors will find checkpoints and bridges. A perimeter path surrounds the entire maze, and while you’ll find plenty of fun things to do in the corn field, what you won’t find are dead ends.
The maze isn’t just for kids with games for all ages. Players can choose from five games located at the maze game board at the corn entrance: Finger Sillies Maze Game, Farm Scene Investigation Game (similar to clue), Farm Tracks Maze Game, Quiz Question Maze Game, and 24 Hidden Checkpoints Game.

If corn mazes aren’t your thing, Richardson Adventure Farms has other adventures and 13 acres of sunflower fields. The sunflowers are planted in intriguing and beautiful designs with a simple three mile trail to stroll through.
