That’s a wrap on #JuneDairyMonth and we finished with a milk drive for our local food banks. Thank you to all our neighbors, friends and family that donated fresh gallons of milk for those in need. . . . We hosted our first milk drive yesterday and are thinking we will make it an annual thing! We collected 197 gallons of milk and @realcalifmilk will also add a 100 gallons to that for a total of 297! . . . Where did we deliver? • 26 gallons to Turlock Gospel Mission • 77 gallons to Modesto Gospel Mission • 94 gallons to Modesto Love Center • 100 gallons to Second Harvest Food Bank in Manteca that will be delivered next week by the California Milk Advisory Board . . . A very special thank you to our {MILK MAIDS: @ambcrom @sarahmarchy @grace_mathias_ @shianne_omlin } who spent the day with us and helped our event be successful. Thank you to @campfiremeats for lending us the refrigerated van to deliver our donations. To @nutchermilk for letting us borrow the milk crates to store the gallons. Lastly thank you to my hubby for going along with my crazy ideas and helping me get everything ready. I truly appreciate everything Johnny does for our family! @mftboss . . . Thank you again! Milk is the number 1 requested item at food banks and shelters, we are grateful to help those in need. Looking forward to more milk drives in our future! . . . #jnmdairy #themilkdiva #gallonsofgood #undeniablydairy #CADairy #morningsmeanmore #giveback #giveagallon #realcaliforniadairy #california #whywedairy #milkchallenge

Ok one of these days I’ll lay off of the calf pics, but NOT TODAY! 2033 pictured first is sired by Mr Kallion 1352. She has been an eye catcher from the week she was born. Out of a fan fave freckle-faced Polled Hereford cow, she’s got a ton of maternal potential. If you like them leathery with plenty to them, she’ll be one of your picks. 2031 featured in #3 picture is sired by Mr. H Bogota Manso 253/1. Her dam is a more stream lined cow that out produces compared to her mature body weight. 2031 is a fancy heifer to look at with more muscle expression just like the other Bogota heifers we have. Pic #4 – Mr Kallion 1352 Pic #5 – Mr. H Bogota Manso 253/1 All calves born via Artificial Insemination this spring we’re out of Sexed ULTRA4M semen (@stgeneticsbeef) #STyleGenetics
