👋🏼 Hi! I’m Allison, the 7th generation dairy farmer that loves sharing my story of life in agriculture. I teach at our local K-12 school and I help out on the farm when I can, more so on the farm in the summers and harvest season. I love to travel, I cook a mean mac and cheese dinner and I dream of starting a photography and flower farm business. I love being social and making new friends, but most nights after work I cook dinner and read my book. • One of the most frequent asked questions is what are my future plans for the farm. Honestly, I don’t know that answer and it’s certainly been heavy on my heart trying to figure that out. But I have lots of options and opportunities, I just have to figure out what I enjoy! • So for now I want to know about you! Where are you from? What’s a fun fact about yourself!? And check out #IAmYourFarmerThursday

Today I am sharing this Minnesota farm family, with their adorable children and animals. Look at that red barn in the snow, is that not what you dreamed of when you were a child?? Thank you so much Lucie from @thelittlegreenwagon for sharing your homestead, clean living, and motherhood on your blog and on your instagram. I love seeing people committed to sustainability, clean living, and a healthy lifestyle. It doesn’t hurt that her photos are gorgeous too! Who do you look up to for their commitment to something? Maybe it’s motherhood, or a career, or farming. Maybe it’s all three? #farmfriendswednesday #sustainableliving #homestead #love #lovelife #cleanliving #beautyineveryday #farming #farm #redbarn #ranch #nature #farmphotography #naturephotography
