As our busiest of seasons continues and we get more and more exhausted each day, it’s easy to forget to slow down and remember to pray. I pray for safety and protection for all of the farmers out there as they wrap up a growing season that has tried them in so many ways. I pray for patience and that we may stay positive no matter what this season may bring. I pray for equipment that works efficiently and clear thinking, even on the longest of days. I pray for strength for farm families and that this long season bring us closer together, not tear us apart. I pray for understanding for all the little farm kids as they struggle to wrap their minds around the reason behind this season of long days. I pray for wisdom and mental clarity as farmers face unfathomable amounts of stress. I pray for strong support systems to lean on when the days get long and the going gets tough. I pray for bountiful harvests that bring a season of profit, not loss, in this troubled ag economy. I pray for forgiving weather and restful nights. I pray this be a season of growth and learning for farmers both young and old. And most of all, I pray for grace. Give us grace through this season and let us always remember that we aren’t living for this life. We’re living for Him and He has the perfect plan. ??? #Harvest2020 #FarmFamily #SupportLocalFarmers #AgDaily #AFarmersPrayer #GiveUsGrace #StillFarming #StrongerTogether #DoubleOFarms
