Sunday funday. Another day to get after it. The crew and us are picking Honeycrisp. We’ve hung these on longer to get some great color with some NAA and ReTain. We’ve had to use the fans some of these cold mornings to keep the fruits’ temps as close to or above 38 because temps below that can cause chilling injury and show up later as internal browning in the fruit. The other day Andi and I ran a couple errands. We rarely go out and I forgot masks, regardless we got our stuff done. We got back into the car Andi said she had forgotten all about COVID.
