Spotting some sheep grazing on pasture is especially comforting to me. I love to see cows out in the pastures too, but sheep seem to be in their natural element ambling around on lush green fields. This flock was more than likely very comfy because their wool had been shorn and the hot, warm weather didn't intimidate them. A couple of them were curious as l pulled off the highway to say hello, then casually returned to noshing on their grass buffet. This was such a pretty setting and was hard to pass up.
