@highbarcattleco made this and it’s perfect! Mathew and I were watching and I looked at him and said, “This is the most real this show has ever been.” We’ve had some rough days. Y’all our list keeps growing longer. Drive shaft broke under Mat’s dodge, battery went dead in my pickup, swather still won’t run and now we have 2 bills coming from the mechanic, 2nd windmill of the summer went down…..it rained alllll around us last night but not on us. This way of life is HARD physically, emotionally, mentally, sometimes it takes a toll spiritually. BUT my God is greater! I truly believe that. It’s an amazing way to live and raise our kids. We’ve grown closer as a family this week. Especially when we got a half inch shower right over the house along with a beautiful rainbow on Sunday. Swathing is done for our grass seed crops! Now to see if the windrows can dry down before they grow to the ground. Hopefully combines will be running by the end of the week or early next week but the weather will determine that.
