Calves are just the cutest aren’t they?!? • If you look closely you can see that this calf has two different colored eyelashes, ones black and the other white. Their eyelash color is based upon the hair marking around their eyes. I’ve always thought “unicorns” like this precious girl here were the absolute cutest! • ?: @d_jabot

Happy farm fact Friday friends!! If you've been following along on my instagram you would have seen my friends behind me a time or two!⁣ ⁣ These three are Holstein bottle calves that we got from our local university dairy farm! Their names are Duke, Squints, & Earl.⁣ ⁣ The reason they are bottle calves is because on the dairy farm bull calves don't have much of a value. Instead they can be raised as a 4-H project or people like mom raise them to help eat down the pasture and produce meat!⁣ ⁣ These calves don't become just beef cows, but instead become your companion and friend.
