We’re FINALLY getting ready to move our last group of momma cows and their babes to the summer pastures and we couldn’t ??be??more??excited??. This is such a huge relief! Our crazy winter and spring washed out the roads leading to our pastures and made them impossible to safely travel while hauling livestock. As much as we love seeing the cows right out our back window every day, we are so happy for greener pastures. Here’s a little throwback to the first time we took Stetson to the summer pastures two years ago. He was 8 months old and absolutely loved it. Safe to say he’s been a cowboy from day one. ????? #farmfamily #cowboy #farmkid #cattletales #greenpastures #agdaily

We don’t discriminate based on color // On our farm, you can find equipment of a variety of different colors – red, green, blue, orange, yellow – its like a rainbow around here every dang day. • You know what’s even better, this three generations picture I snagged over the weekend. Being the product of a generational farming operation, we take pride in proving to our past generations that all their hard work is acknowledged and greatly appreciated. We want nothing more than to make our parents, grandparents and generations before us proud. The sacrifice of farming over the last many decades can take a toll on a farm and even more so on a family. Sacrifices, our family, like many in the farming industry, knows all too well. And here we are in 2019, another trying year. There is so much to hang our heads about but oh-so much to be grateful for. • “Leaders think and talk about the solutions. Followers think and talk about the problems.” – Brian Tracy • Here is to thinking, talking and acting on solutions to the problems of 2019!
