This week I was able to meet Program Technicians (PT), like me, from all the across the country 👉Guam to Maryland At times you feel like you're the only one feeling overwhelmed and stressed with specific issues and then you get together with other PTs from the agency and realize quickly everyone feels the EXACT same way as you. It's amazing because other states deal with completely different commodities as Ohio but still administer the same programs and feel the same way. As a side note, the first thing I noticed flying over Kansas City was how everything was squared off. Yeah, definitely not like that in Southern Ohio! #agdaily #leadershipexcellence #training #travel #farmland #worktrip #smallworld #lovemyjob

"Empty Endings" Barren. Hollow. Vacant. Deserted. These words come to mind when l look at what's left of this peaceful meager farm. No more animals; the corn crib stands empty; and an abandoned silo rises above the barn, naked, without its roof. The snow-covered fields surrounding the place only add to the frigid emptiness that emanates from the barn. This farmer probably sensed his pending demise as urbanization started creeping into his neighborhood. : : : #ag365 #agdaily #farmsnaps #discoverwisconson #barns #be_one_rural #barnsofinstagram #country_features #midwestliving #midwestmoment #wisconsinbarns #renegade_rural #trb_rural #ig_america_rural #ig_ruralamerica #ig_countryside #hdr_country #rurallife #roamwisconsin #ruralwisconsin #rural_love #ipulledoverforthis #raw_country #ig_rural #total_rural #farm365 #barnlove #barnobsessed #farmphotography #farmphotographydaily

“Rejoice always, pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.” 1 Thessalonians‬ ‭5:16-18‬ I may not be a fan of the mud, but that doesn’t mean I can’t see the fun in it!! Yesterday was a glorious perfect day. The weather was beautiful. The sun was shinning. There was no wind. It was just perfect, so I let the kids play outside all evening. At one point I noticed they had moved to a different part of the yard, so I went to enquirer on what they were doing and I found them having the best time ever playing in the puddles created by the rain from the night before. I could have gotten mad at them for getting so messy, but instead I laughed, took videos and pictures and let them make memories. . Did you ever play in the mud as a child? Do you still play in the mud? I did and I do!! . ***helpful hint: as soon as the take their clothes off….while the clothes are still wet…I put the right into the washer and wash them. If I get it done before the mud dries then I don’t have a problem with stains! . #showmekansasfarmkids #farmkids #farmgirl #farmboy #myksfarmlife #kswx #mud #puddlejumping #makingmemories #siblings #boymom #girlmom #momlife #findingjoy
