I spotted this beautiful old barn while driving the backroads. It’s a symbol of our past, but I’m not sure about this barns’s future. It’s currently not being used and seems destined to be taken down. Barns represent so much hard work and building skills. As one writer wrote “The American Barn, in all shapes, sizes, and variations – are the modern-day pyramids built by our agricultural ancestors. The struggle is absolutely REAL. The struggle to [try to] pump out content everyday; the struggle to be creative. The struggle to be a true storyteller. The struggle of branding myself/ business. . I fight those struggles internally fairly often, but I finally realized yesterday the piece of the puzzle that’s been missing from this equation, my start into this business: visual strategy. Maybe it was the nasty winter that got me down, or maybe I told myself I was too busy. . Either way, I’m taking this biz back to the roots of it all to help better serve the agriculture community. New ideas are coming, folks. Better communication strategy for agriculture is on the horizon- I hope you’ll embrace it.
