18 years ago today our oldest son Clay was born. At 9 months old, his first word was “tractor” and we knew which direction his life would go. I can’t think of a better way for kids to grow up than on a farm or ranch. Being a first generation ranch, our boys have been a vital part of turning a dream into reality. When Clay was little, he was carving the Rocking Bar H brand into his toy farm sets, and these days, he takes care of all operations. Thank you, Lord, for the life our boys have gotten to live on a ranch. Now that one is officially past childhood, I can say with certainty it was the best way to raise our family.
