Let’s face it, the Fourth of July isn’t exactly a day off for farmers. Chores still need to get done — like feeding the cattle or getting the hay fields cut and baled — and while we’re probably more patriotic than the average city-dweller, our style of patriotism shines through in hard work and honest living.
