‘Love in The Countryside’ reality TV to help farmers find love

Reality TV across the pond has turned its attention to farmers in the hopes of kindling romance between rural and city folk. Debuting next year on BBC2, “Love In The Countryside” vows to be a “warm-hearted show… that promises life-changing romance.”

DJ and presenter Sara Cox will host the series that aims to match five men and three women farmers that have been selected with single urbanites looking for love. The application process for individuals interested in dating one of these eligible rural bachelors or bachelorettes is now open.

Guess the U.S. audience will have to wait until Netflix airs the series to see how it all plays out!
