Our hearts go out to our ag community across the pond as news circulated this morning on social media a young farmer was killed in the Manchester terrorist attack.
The Knutsford Young Farmers posted this tribute to 14-year-old Nell Jones this morning on Facebook and tributes have been pouring in for the Goostrey, Cheshire girl from around the world.
Jones’ family had been searching for since the incident in the hopes they would find her at a local hospital. However, police have now confirmed that Jones died at the scene.
The worst terrorist attack to hit the UK since the July 2005 London attacks, the bombing at the Ariana Grande concert in Manchster took the lives of 22 people and seriously injured 59 more Monday night.
Four people have now been arrested, including three men in south Manchester on Wednesday morning.
