The National Cattlemen’s Beef Association is down to four finalists to sing the Star-Spangled Banner at the Opening General Session of the 2018 Cattle Industry Convention & NCBA Trade Show in Phoenix on Jan. 31 and again during the Thursday Night Event, Phoenix Fiesta, on Feb. 1.
