Our deepest condolences go out to this Iowa family after hearing this tragic news from over the weekend. On Saturday, the Sac County Sheriff’s Office and Wall Lake Fire/Rescue responded to the 2100 mile of 340th Northwest of Wall Lake at 12:44 p.m. of a reported end loader roll over. When responders arrived they found 17-year-old Ethan Glenn Nissen inside the cab. Nissen was pronounced dead at the scene.
Working for Quirk Farms, Nissen was operating a 200 Caterpillar end loader and scooping manure at the time of the accident.
Nissen was a junior at East Sac County high school in Lake View.
