A Whitley County Kentucky farmer thought at first it was a beaver or a deer in his pond Monday evening, but after closer inspection realized it was a human body. This morning officials confirmed it was the body of a missing McCreary County man, John T. Smith, 38, who was last seen in a Walmart in London on Sept. 17. Officials have not determined the cause of death yet.
