Missouri farmer found stabbed to death in barn

Missouri authorities have made an arrest in the death of a Louisburg farmer who was found stabbed to death in his barn Wednesday evening.

According to KY3, the Dallas County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested hired man Adam Lynn Redding, of Buffalo in the death of Carroll Ford, 77.

Linda Ford went out to look for her husband Wednesday around 7 p.m. when he was late for dinner, and found him in the barn stabbed in the chest.

Carroll had a long history in Dallas County agriculture. Their farm is listed on the Missouri Century Farms.
