Titan debuted the world’s largest tire at this year’s Farm Progress Show. The Goodyear Optitrac LSW1400/30R46 boasts a 1,400mm section width– which equates to nearly 4.6 feet! The new size is specially suited to high-horsepower 4WD tractors, such as John Deere 9000-series or Case Steigers, and is a perfect fit to reduce compaction in any application where dual 710/70R42s or 800/70R38s are currently being used.

Tribine featured the first fundamentally new harvester architecture since WWII at the 2016 show. The Tribine performs all of the function of a combine and incorporates a 1,000-bushel grain bin, which eliminates the need for a grain cart and tractor running parallel.

Apache Sprayers showed off several new enhancements on the Apache 2017 Model Year Sprayer at Farm Progress. The standard Apache spray booms now feature leak-proof, quick-service Banjo boom manifold fittings, Hypro nozzle bodies and optional stainless steel boom plumbing.

We couldn’t leave the Farm Progress Show without featuring a drone! Autel Robotics USA recently announced that they will cover the cost of the FAA’s Remote Pilot Knowledge Test in the form of a rebate for those customers who intend to fly the X-Star series drones commercially.
