Giving Tuesday — the Tuesday after Thanksgiving — was created in 2012 as a simple idea: a day that encourages people to do good. This year, we celebrate Giving Tuesday on November 29. Following Thanksgiving, Black Friday, and Cyber Monday, it’s rewarding to put our time and money toward organizations that help others.
If you have the means and plan to give during Giving Tuesday consider your local, state, or the National FFA Organization this week!
During Thanksgiving, we snagged deals on Black Friday and supported Small Business Saturday, but there is still an important day left – Giving Tuesday.
Please consider giving to these agricultural groups in places such as Georgia and California — together we can make a difference.
As many of us are getting ready for Thanksgiving by preparing the meal, many FFA chapters take this time to give back to their community.
