USDOT today announced that it is seeking public comment on revising agricultural commodity or livestock definitions in hours-of-service regulations.

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration will be issuing a 90-day waiver of the ELD mandate for all transporters of agricultural commodities, including livestock haulers.
