83-year-old cattlewoman says horses are less trouble than men

No matter what you do in life, if you love it, it’s great to be doing it well into old age. That’s the story behind this octogenarian cattlewoman, who still rides horses on the same ranch that she’s lived on her entire life. She’s had two husbands, both of whom came to the ranch with her and have since passed.

She tells ABC Rural that she loves riding because “it’s better than walking” and that was the best way she always knew to get anywhere.
