A Charlie Brown Christmas classic celebrated on the farm

· December 10, 2020

A farm in Huddleston, Virginia, made waves with its 2020 Peanuts-themed hay bale sculpture — this was the same farm that got famous with a Willie Nelson hay bale display in 2019 and a subsequent song with a twist: On the Farm Again. (Nelson’s entourage even shared it to the singer’s social media channels.) Well, Charlie Brown couldn’t go without a song either, so folks again gathered at the farm owned by Beth Bays for this wonderful rendition of a childhood classic. You can easily tell how much they’re having!

The performers are jovially known as The Huddleston Gang. Bays has long been at it with her hay bale creations, in the past featuring The Wizard of Oz, a drummer bear, cow, elephant, the Hokie bird, and characters from Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer.

“Hope y’all enjoy watching it as much as we enjoyed making it,” Bays said in a Facebook post. “Merry Christmas!!!”
