Not all heroes wear capes: Cowboy ropes criminal at Wal-Mart

Can you imagine running to Walmart to grab a few groceries and you come back and someone is stealing your bicycle? He is going to be long gone by the time the police arrive and you can’t catch him on foot. So you just start yelling for help. Thankfully, a local cowboy is nearby and takes after him on horseback. With a flick of a wrist, the criminal is tied up and your bike is safe and sound. Sounds like something out of old Western, doesn’t it? Or it sounds exactly like something Robert Borba from Eagle Point, Oregon, did at his local Walmart.

My favorite part is the reaction from the 9-1-1 operator. No matter the surprise in the situation, the cops were happy to hear that Borba helped a stranger.
