New bacon vending machine fuels Ohio students through finals

What a time to be a college student!  As most students are gearing up for finals this week, one college provided a bacon vending machine to the fuel the students to get through the semester. 

According to the Ohio State – College of Food, Agricultural, and Environmental Sciences Facebook page, “Take a break from studying to check out the bacon vending machine in the main lobby of the Animal Science Building. The Ohio Pork Council has partnered with the Meat Science Club to bring the bacon to Ohio State. All of the products are ready to eat and cost only $1 each. The profits support the Meat Science Club. Hurry, it’s only here until Dec. 13!”

We are jealous someone didn’t think of this idea sooner. What a great idea to bring awareness to consumers, help raise money for their club, and help out hungry students who just need more bacon in their life to power through finals.
