Putting the next generation first in farming

· January 2, 2020

In the agricultural industry, we understand the importance of future generations and passing on the passion for our industry. Jed Gerdes says he wasn’t born a tractor driver, but that he did it for the next generation. “I did it for the next generation. I knew if I stopped, it stopped with me — there wasn’t anyone else to carry it on. I wanted to keep something alive for them.” What you do with the next generation is more important than what you build.

Check out this story from Growing America on the importance of future generations and understanding the importance of caring for the land.
