Texas truck crash spills hogs out on the highway

The I-45 just outside of Dallas was shut down this morning after an 18-wheeler truck crash that spilled its load of hogs out on the highway.

According to NBC News, the truck was transporting about 195 pigs southbound when it crashed and flipped onto its side. It took several hours for law enforcement to round up the escaped pigs. One group of pigs made made it a half mile away from the scene of the crash.

The driver was not hurt and it is unclear if any hogs were injured at this time.
