In 2017, Okanagan Specialty Fruits hit the market with their GMO Arctic Apple, which doesn’t go brown when it’s sliced. Since then, they’ve had sliced fresh apple snacks (ApBitz) as well as dried apple snacks available for purchase. A friend brought Nick’s back some from the United States, and he was excited to share his thoughts on them with you!
