Did you know? -Every 57 minutes someone dies from melanoma. -While only 2% of skin cancer cases are melanoma, they cause the vast majority of skin cancer deaths. -Ultraviolet rays cause the vast majority of mutations in melanoma. -Your chance of obtaining melanoma will increase by 80 percent if you’ve sustained five or more sunburns in your youth. That's why it's important for farmers to wear sunscreen and get yearly mole checks from their physicians. Want more safety tips?
