Published:

A Floyd County, Georgia farmer died last week from massive chest trauma after a cow pinned him to the fence. Authorities believe William Parris, 72, was trying to move the cow when the animal turned on him and rammed him into the fence.

Officials say Parris was conscious until first responders arrived and became distressed.

Parris was known for his love for helping people, especially on their farms.
