Today I had the opportunity to present at the @epagov Nutrient Management Plan Forum in Albuquerque. And when I say nutrient management, I mean that we basically talked about cow ? all day. It was a great chance for federal and state regulators, consultants and extension specialists to present and discuss different ideas, practices and challenges we all face. My colleague, @dane.goble, kicked off the morning with a great discussion on the real-world implementation of practices versus regulatory terms. It is important for us all to come together and work toward the common goal of utilizing the nutrients in manure while protecting our natural resources.
