A New York woman has beef with Dunkin Donuts after purchasing two different sandwiches advertised as having Angus Steak, and finding a ground beef patty instead.
Chefun Chen, of Queens, has filed a federal class-action lawsuit against Dunkin Brands, alleging that the company’s Angus Steak and Egg Sandwich doesn’t contain any actual steak.
Some media are questioning the term “steak” as it can be used to describe a hamburger steak or salisbury steak. Chen isn’t being swayed, using the USDA definition of steak in her suit.
