New York leads in record $1.3 million Give FFA Day 2024

Published:

Thursday’s Give FFA Day was a huge success, surpassing the National FFA Organization’s goal of $1 million with a record $1,332,067 of donations.

Give FFA Day, a 24-hour campaign encouraging the public to support various needs impacting FFA members. These donations help fund the programs that make a difference in the lives of students. These donations were made possible by members of the community and companies that support the FFA organization — like Tractor SupplyBob EvansCulver’s, and many more!

FFA week continues through Saturday, celebrating Wear Blue Day today.

National FFA Week is a time for FFA members to share agriculture with their fellow students as well as their communities. Chapters also gave back to their communities through service projects during FFA Week. For example, in Arkansas, the Clarksville High School FFA revived an old community garden.

FFA provides the next generation of leaders who will change the world. As the top school-based youth leadership development organization in the nation, FFA helps young people meet new agricultural challenges by helping members develop their unique talents and explore their interests in a broad range of career pathways. FFA members are our future leaders, our future food-suppliers, our future innovators and so much more!

If you missed #GiveFFADay but would like to donate or learn more about how FFA members develop leadership, personal growth and career success through relevant and authentic experiences, visit the Give FFA Day website. Your investment will help the National FFA Organization evolve to empower the FFA family at every level to engage more students across the country.
