800 pounds of meat stolen from California ranch

A California ranch is now asking “who has the meat” after discovering 800 pounds of high-end beef, pork, and bacon stolen. The estimated value — $20,000.

According to the Tehama County Sheriff’s Office, sometime between Sept. 22 and 26, unknown suspects entered the victim’s storage facility and removed 20 boxes containing 40 pounds of high-end cuts of processed beef, pork, and bacon. Several of the boxes contained packaged meat with the ranch name “Big Bluff Ranch” along with packaging displaying the names,“Massa Organics,” “Marinsun Farms,” and “A&R Meats.”

The Sheriff’s investigators are actively investigating this incident. Anyone with any information regarding the crime is encouraged to contact the Tehama County Sheriff’s Office.
