USDA announced that emergency grazing of Conservation Reserve Program acres is authorized for all Nebraska counties, due to recent adverse weather.

FSA staff will be available to assist producers with existing farm loans and to ensure the agency provides 1099 documents to borrowers by the IRS deadline.

As of Dec. 28, all FSA offices went on furlough due to lapse in federal funding. Many are wondering where this leaves their MFP application.
