Ashley Garlick-Loeffler, a student at Ohio State University Agricultural Technical Institute and creator of a Facebook Group dedicated to students in agriculture, has made this drone video to showcase the many roles women have in the agricultural industry. She talks from the heart about what she has seen among the women who are making — or, as students, have the potential to make — an impact in ag.
