WyoTech ranch training program provides hands-on experience

WyoTech’s new ranch training program is one like no other. Life on the ranch, after all, is never short of work and problem-solving.

No ranch experience is required, but as a skills-based program, students will be responsible for all aspects of the ranch. The 12-month, non-accredited ranch training program will allow students to eat, breathe, and sleep the ranch life as they drive to and from the ranch, feed, fix fences, and more. 

“There are also going to be the intangibles that you have: leadership, problem-solving, teamwork, tenacity. If you learn those things, and you have them, you can mold them into any industry,” says CHE Balcom, Wyoming ranch training instructor.
