12-year-old with dwarfism finds passion for showing mini-cow

A 12-year-old Georgia boy with a rare form of dwarfism called Spondyloepimetaphyseal dysplasia has found a passion for showing cattle, specifically his mini-cow. According to WGXA, James McNeal, who was paralyzed at 2-years-old and has had 31 different surgeries, is thriving thanks to a friendship with his mini-cow, Georgia.
